Data Integration Manager (Data Engineering)
Experience: 9-14 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Build scalable data solutions using GCP, Python, SQL, BigQuery, DBT, and Apache Airflow.
• Ensure data quality, governance, monitoring, and DataOps best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data platforms.
• Drive AI adoption and engineering best practices across the team.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of Data Engineering experience with 3+ years in team management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, ETL/ELT, DBT, Apache Airflow, and modern data architecture.
• Strong understanding of Data Modeling, DataOps, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
