Data Engineering Manager
- Leading a data engineering team comprising 5-6 consultants
- Overseeing project delivery of data engineering, ML/MLOps, and cloud migration projects
- Managing and mentoring the data engineering team
- Building and optimizing scalable, high-performance data pipelines
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL/ELT workflows
- Ingesting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from systems like Oracle, Snowflake, and Redshift
- Building enterprise data platforms
- Enabling real-time and batch analytics workloads
- Migrating legacy systems to modern cloud environments
- Collaborating with cloud, infrastructure, and data governance teams to ensure data reliability, observability, and monitoring
- Consultant mindset and passion for customer experience
- Solid software engineering foundations with understanding of distributed systems
- Experience in designing and implementing data-intensive applications
- Strong SQL and NoSQL hands-on experience
- Problem-solving skills and ownership
