We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead Finance Data and AI Engineering initiatives, building scalable, high-performance financial data systems that power reporting, analytics, and AI-driven transformation.
This role is execution-focused: leading a team of engineers to build, optimize, and modernize financial data systems that directly support Finance's business operations and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep data engineering expertise, solid software engineering fundamentals, and strong collaboration with Finance stakeholders.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering robust financial data solutions across modern data platforms — including cloud data environments and enterprise databases such as SAP HANA — while applying strong software engineering principles to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 8–12 years of experience in data engineering or software engineering
- 5+ years of engineering management experience
- Strong experience in: Data modeling and transformation, Distributed data platforms or enterprise databases, Software engineering best practices
- Experience developing strategies for data preparation and feature engineering to support large-scale AI and Machine Learning initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving the implementation of data governance and quality standards
- Strong stakeholder management skills in Finance or enterprise functions
