WeRoad is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead a small, senior team and shape the data architecture across BigQuery, dbt, and our data pipelines. This hands-on leadership role combines coding, architecture, and collaboration with Product and BI stakeholders.
You will drive data governance, ensure reliable ingestion with Airflow and serverless CDC, and empower self-service analytics with Tableau, Metabase, and Lightdash in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
