Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale engineering teams focused on data services and infrastructure
- Coach and mentor engineers
- Translate product vision into quarterly roadmaps and iterative milestones
- Make architectural decisions and uphold engineering practices
- Own the design, delivery, and operation of data and financial-reporting platforms
- Set the long-term direction of the data platform
- Recruit engineering talent
- Review designs and code, triage incidents, and join on-call rotations
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 8+ years of data engineering experience
- 2+ years of engineering-management experience
