Requirements:- Previous experience in a data entry, administration or data processing position.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- The ability to work with large volumes of information efficiently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Desirable: Previous experience supporting a CRM, ERP or other business systems project.
- Desirable: Exposure to enterprise business systems or large-scale transformation programmes.
- Desirable: Experience with data cleansing, migration or validation activities.
- Input, review and update data with a high level of accuracy.
- Cleanse and validate information to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support project teams with data-related administrative activities.
- Maintain records and documentation in line with agreed processes.
- Assist with reporting and information management tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure data accuracy.
