We are looking for an organized and thorough specialist for our Customer Maintenance team. To be successful, the candidate must have a strong knowledge of CRMs and an understanding of how they work together.
Responsibilities:
- Creating/Approving and Processing cases in Salesforce
- Processing: Refunds and Credits
- Cancelling Accounts as needed
- Reviewing accounts to verify correct billing
- Correcting billing and other errors in billing system
- Reactivating canceled accounts
- Voiding Payments
- Process changes as needed
- Any other project as assigned
Required
- Minimum of one to two years of Data Entry/Analysis
- Self-starter must be productive with minimal direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
