Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will research limousine and transportation companies throughout assigned cities and states nationwide.
Your responsibilities include:
Researching limousine and transportation companies online
Searching companies by city, state, and ZIP Code
Using Google, Google Maps, Bing, Yelp, and other online resources
Visiting company websites
Collecting company names
Collecting business email addresses
Collecting website URLs
Collecting telephone numbers
Entering information into Excel spreadsheets
Copying and pasting information directly from company websites
Checking records for accuracy
Checking for duplicate companies
Maintaining organized spreadsheets
Completing assigned data-entry projects
Companies researched may include limousine services, black car companies, chauffeur services, executive transportation, airport transportation, airport shuttles, Sprinter van services, party bus companies, and other passenger transportation businesses.
Home Office Requirements
Because this is a 100% remote position, you must have your own home office setup, including:
Reliable computer or laptop
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software
Current web browser
Working email account
Ability to perform internet searches
Ability to navigate company websites
Strong copy-and-paste skills
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Ability to save and submit completed files
Quiet and dependable place to complete your assignments
No felonies on your background record allowed
Flexible Work Schedule

Compensation
$20.00 per 4,000 submitted entry batch
