Data Entry Intern
- Data Entry:
- Accurately enter data into different computer systems and databases with a focus on the labeling of architectural plans
- Check the accuracy and consistency of the data entered
- Perform regular quality checks on recorded data
- Report any anomalies or inconsistencies identified to supervisors
- Data Annotation:
- Perform manual annotation of data (text, images, drawings, audio, video) according to well-defined protocols and instructions
- Classify, label and categorize data accurately
- Participate in the continuous improvement of annotation processes
- Contribute to the quality assurance of annotated datasets
- Data Curation:
- Clean, format and standardize raw data
- Enrich data with relevant metadata
- Participate in the organization and structuring of data repositories
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data quality issues
- Experience in data entry, annotation and/or curation tasks
- Proficient in office tools and data management software
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills, strong attention to detail
- Autonomy, adaptability and ability to work in a team
- Intermediate level in French/English, able to conduct online meetings in French/English
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Salary allowance upto 5mil/month
- 42 hours per week (30 minutes early finish every Friday), flexible working hours options.
