Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and maintaining product update logs, release notes, and change documentation.
- Coordinate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to gather accurate information on updates.
- Draft and edit internal communications, newsletters, and documentation for product updates.
- Update product knowledge bases, help center articles, and other user-facing documentation.
- Monitor user feedback channels to identify trends post-release.
- Ensure stakeholders (marketing, support, sales, etc.) are informed about new releases and changes.
- Assist with organizing product update meetings, demos, or webinars.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Interest in product development and lifecycle.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
