Qualification

Essential Qalification : Graduate in any discipline from recognise university. Must have qulified the computer proficiency certifycation tes (CPCT) and scorecard/certificate, as applicable. Basic computer proficiency and hindi/english typing skills as prescribed under the applicable recruitment.

Desirable Qualification if required : Diploma or certificate in computer applications, such as

DCA or PGDCA. Knowledge of MS Office, Data Management and Spreadsheet Applications.

Experience : Knowledge of typing with a speed of at least 30 words per minute (both Hindi & English) is essential. Adequate knowledge in computer application (Minimum one year diploma course from any Govt. recognized institute ) with experience recognized organization / companies working for at least 01 Year (relaxable in the case of deserving candidates.)

Role and responsibility :

Prepare database of works, goods and services as also suppliers /vendors as well as maintenance agencies with complete information.

Assist in day to day to day office work including works of the concerning section of DDSSP.

Any other job that may be assigned to him / her from time to time by the reporting officer.
