The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining
information within a company's database. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a
high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage and organize large amounts of data efficiently.
Data Input : Enter and update information into company systems, databases, or
spreadsheets with precision and accuracy.
Data Verification : Review and ensure the data entered is accurate, complete, and
consistent.
Data Maintenance : Regularly update and clean data, remove duplicates, and ensure it
remains up to date.
Reporting : Generate regular reports based on the data, and ensure they are formatted
properly and distributed to relevant teams or stakeholders.
Document Management : Organize and file both physical and digital documents and files
to ensure easy retrieval and reference.
Data Extraction : Pull data from various sources (internal systems, emails, or paper
documents) to input databases.
Confidentiality : Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive or personal information and
follow security protocols.


Requirements

Any Bachelors degree
Typing Proficiency : Strong typing skills with a high words-per-minute (WPM) rate.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-
paced environment.
Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with team
members and reporting issues.
