Data Entry Specialist

EL Data Entry Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm

General Description:
The Data Entry Specialist consistently demonstrates a positive and hardworking attitude, a continuous commitment to personal, organizational and process improvement and to build strong partnerships, one employee and one customer at a time, and by working in accordance with ELs COACHTeam core values.
The individual is responsible for providing back office processing support to internal and external clients. The position would require proficiency in all processing functions within the department and excellent client service and relationship skills.
In this role you will be responsible for keying in all data for all paperwork received and auditing paperwork for legibility and accuracy. In addition, you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers regarding results of data entry and auditing. Our ideal candidate will have experience with 10 Key, Outlook and possess an extreme attention to detail. They must have the ability and willingness to adapt to change, be a team player, meet and exceed deadlines and goals while working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing an average of 200 invoices per day with less than .01% error percentage

10 Key Speed above 8,000 KPH and Typing Speed above 40 WPM

Completion of weekly commitments and goals

Actively engage in scheduling, planning and facilitating an effective one-on-one with my leader on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Proactively utilize Call Copy ad a performance review tool to seek and engage feedback from my leader.

Audit Client’s invoices to ensure that all documentation is accurate and present in accordance to company policy and debtor billing requirements

Qualifications / Skills

Ability to quickly learn software systems

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)

Ability to manage multiple operating systems

1+ years of billing or auditing experience
Work with team members to handle client funding in accordance with deadline.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with Customer Service and Operation

Work experience Requirements

Prior business to business customer service experience
1+ years of billing or auditing experience
Computer proficient and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Education, experience, and Licensing requirements

High school diploma or similar.
Bilingual

Working relationships:

Credit, collections, operations and various internal departments

Physical Demands

Extended periods sitting
Extended periods working at a computer
