Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration.

* Extract, transform and load data from multiple sources into SQL Server and data warehouses.

* Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, CTEs, temp tables and dynamic SQL.

* Work with both ETL and ELT approaches.

* Handle large data volumes and incremental loads with minimal source-system impact.

* Work with CDC, Change Tracking, watermarking or similar frameworks.

* Monitor and troubleshoot SSIS packages, SQL Server Agent jobs and data-loading issues.

* Perform query tuning, indexing, execution plan analysis and SQL Server performance tuning.

* Support staging, data warehouse, data validation and data quality processes.

* Build reliable and restartable ETL processes to prevent duplicate or inconsistent data after failures.

* Work with business, application, data and reporting teams.

Required Skills

* Strong Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS experience.

* Advanced T-SQL skills.

* Strong ETL and ELT experience

* Experience in Data Integration and Data Warehousing.

* Understanding of Business Intelligence and reporting environments.

* SQL Server Agent and production job monitoring.

* Query tuning, indexing and execution plans.

* Large-volume and incremental data processing.

* CDC, Change Tracking or watermarking.

* SSIS troubleshooting, deployment and error handling.

* Data validation and quality checks.

* Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

* General programming knowledge; C#/.NET is a plus.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
