We are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to join our team and support initiatives around data quality, governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, data governance tools, and business intelligence platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce data governance rules and standards
- Develop and maintain data lineage, metadata, and master data management practices
- Perform data profiling and quality assessments
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Product-to-Cash process to ensure data consistency and compliance
- Leverage Erwin Data Intelligence for metadata and lineage tracking
- Build reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI
- Support the implementation of governance frameworks in Azure environments
Profile Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Governance Analyst
- Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, master data management, and data profiling
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services
- Proficient in SQL and Power BI
- Experience with Erwin Data Intelligence or similar metadata management tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Toronto, with preference for hybrid work setup (remote possible)
