Data Governance, Data Quality & Privacy Vice President

Enterprise Data Governance Strategy & Operating Model\:

· Define and lead the Group-wide Data Governance strategy aligned with GB Corp's business and Data & AI strategy.

· Establish and continuously evolve the enterprise Data Governance Operating Model across GB Corp entities and business units.

· Define enterprise Data Governance principles, policies, standards, frameworks and controls.

· Establish clear executive accountability for critical enterprise data through Data Owners and Data Stewards.

· Establish and chair / lead appropriate Data Governance Councils and governance forums.

· Define governance decision rights, escalation mechanisms and accountability structures.

· Drive Data Governance maturity across GB Corp and establish measurable maturity targets.

Ensure Data Governance is embedded into strategic transformation programs, business processes and technology initiatives.

Enterprise Data Quality\:

· Own and lead the Group Data Quality strategy and framework.

· Establish enterprise Data Quality dimensions, standards, Critical Data Elements, rules, thresholds and KPIs.

· Ensure Data Quality is managed as a business accountability, not solely as a technology responsibility.

· Establish executive Data Quality scorecards and dashboards for critical business domains.

· Drive identification, prioritization and remediation of critical Data Quality issues.

· Establish root-cause management and sustainable remediation processes.

· Ensure Data Quality requirements are embedded within business processes, applications and data platforms.

· Continuously improve the quality of Customer, Supplier, Product, Finance, Employee and other critical enterprise data.

Establish mechanisms to measure the financial, operational, customer and regulatory impact of Data Quality issues

Development of Employee’s Performance\:

· Provides support for professional development of direct reports.

· Direct the hiring, or performance evaluation of the team and oversee their daily activities.

· Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

· Monitors Training Effectiveness

Reports on Training Activities
