Data Governance Manager

Summary

Oversees data governance for application records in APM/TDAR systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards. Manages change requests, liaises with stakeholders, and generates reports for data quality monitoring.

Role Description:Experience Required: 6–8 years

The APM / TDAR Data Governance Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and compliant application records within the APM system of record and TDAR. This role ensures data quality, taxonomy alignment, and adherence to enterprise standards by continuously reviewing, validating, and remediating application entries.

The analyst will oversee change request governance, including validating new entries, updates, and decommissioning requests, completing all ticket documentation, and ensuring alignment with CMDB and CSDM structures. Acting as a liaison between Application Owners, Technology Owners, ServiceNow platform teams, and ETAM Governance, the role provides guidance on APM standards, data entry requirements, and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities also include generating dashboards and reports to support data quality monitoring, tracking exceptions, and supporting KPI and KRI reporting. The role further contributes to compliance activities aligned with Technology Asset Management (TAM) standards, OSFI B‑13, and internal governance policies.
