In your role as Data Management Specialist Sales & Commercial Data, you support our digital transformation by helping ensure that sales-related master data is consistent, reliable and fit for business-critical processes and decisions.
- Data Standards: You support the implementation of data governance and help ensure that sales-related master data standards and definitions are consistently applied across countries and functions
- Data Cleansing: Together with local stakeholders, you support data preparation, validation and migration activities to improve data consistency and quality
- Data Processes: You contribute to the development and continuous improvement of data processes, standards and documentation within the sales data domain
- Data Quality: Your responsibilities include monitoring data quality, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting sustainable solutions for business-critical data
- Problem Solving: Acting as an interface between business and Information Technology, you help resolve data-related challenges and translate requirements into practical solutions
- Data Catalog: You support the maintenance of data definitions, metadata and documentation and contribute to global data management initiatives
What makes us successful together
- Experience: You have gained at least 2 years of professional experience in data management, sales operations, business processes or a related area and are eager to further develop your expertise
- Qualification: You have successfully completed a university degree, preferably a Master's degree, in Business Administration, Data Management or a comparable field
- Know-how and skills: You have a good understanding of SAP master data, sales processes and ideally the order-to-cash process (must have)
- Nice to have: Exposure to data migration projects, Salesforce or data governance topics would be an advantage
- Personality: You are highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple topics while communicating confidently with different stakeholders
- Language skills: You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international environment
