This one is about insight.
We're looking for someone who can take large volumes of data, spot the patterns, identify opportunities and tell the story behind the numbers. You'll help stakeholders understand not just what's happening, but why it's happening and what action needs to be taken.
Working with data from over 23,000 locations, you'll use insight to influence decisions, improve performance and support commercial growth. Strong Power BI skills are important, but we're equally interested in someone who can communicate confidently, challenge thinking and turn analysis into action.

We're looking for:- Experience in Data Insight, Customer Insight, Business Intelligence or Analytics
- Strong Power BI and reporting skills
- Experience working with retail, FMCG or customer data
- Commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management skills
- The ability to present insights in a clear and engaging way
- Someone who enjoys connecting the dots and influencing decisions
- You're tired of producing reports that nobody reads
- You enjoy uncovering the "why" behind the numbers
