Data Insights Analyst
Location: Reading - Hybrid working
Contract: 6 months
We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract in Reading. This role will be responsible for identifying, collating and analysing data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for cost savings, margin improvement and resource optimisation, while highlighting areas of waste and recommending practical process and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, integrate and analyse data from multiple systems and sources to create consistent, reliable datasets.
- Identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement.
- Quantify the financial and operational impact of identified opportunities.
- Identify areas of resource waste and recommend practical actions to mitigate them.
- Develop clear, insight-led reports and data visualisations to support informed decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the implementation of process and system enhancements driven by data insights.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
