Data & Insights Technical Consultant (CJA)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data & Insights Technical Consultant (CJA) based in Ireland.

Join a remote consulting environment where you’ll help enterprise clients turn complex data and analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
You’ll work extensively across Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), supporting sophisticated digital experience initiatives.
The role combines hands-on implementation, solution design, technical consulting, and close collaboration with business and architecture teams.
You’ll contribute to data integrations, tag management, APIs, data modeling, and event-data pipelines across web and mobile environments.
As a customer-facing consultant, you’ll communicate technical concepts clearly through presentations, documentation, and enablement materials.
You’ll also have opportunities to mentor teams, contribute to solution architecture, and explore emerging AI/ML applications for data and analytics.
The position is fully remote, supporting clients across North America, with core collaboration hours aligned to Central Time.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Adobe Experience Platform solutions, including Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics, and Edge Data Collection.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements, specifications, and scalable implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with business consultants, data architects, enterprise architects, and client stakeholders to design and deliver integrated data and analytics solutions.
• Develop and optimize data integrations, API connections, tag-management strategies, and event-data pipelines across enterprise environments.
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design for customized client requirements and complex implementation scenarios.
• Support web and mobile data collection initiatives, including implementations involving single-page applications and mobile SDKs.
• Deliver customer-facing presentations, technical documentation, data dictionaries, specifications, and enablement materials.
• Mentor and train internal and client teams while contributing technical expertise and thought leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of project activities, deliverables, and client interactions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles involving hands-on enterprise software implementation.
• At least 2 years of direct experience with one or more Adobe data and analytics solutions, particularly Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, or Adobe Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Edge Data Collection for web and mobile environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in API integrations, tag management, data modeling, solution architecture, and enterprise data workflows.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Tags, single-page applications, web development, and digital analytics technologies.
• Comfortable working with JavaScript; familiarity with Python and SQL is preferred.
• Experience with mobile SDKs, marketing technology, analytics platforms, and event-based data pipelines.
• Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with AI/ML applications for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, or automation is a plus.
• Experience designing or managing databases and data models, or working with automation and scripting languages such as Python, Scala, or R, is advantageous.
• Exposure to industries such as retail, financial services, healthcare, or other enterprise sectors is beneficial.
• Familiarity with multi-platform media delivery across web, mobile, and OTT environments, as well as privacy and consent considerations, is desirable.
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating with clients and distributed teams across North America, with availability during core Central Time collaboration hours.
