Summary
Lead a data engineering team to build and optimize ETL pipelines on Azure Synapse and Databricks using PySpark/Python and SQL, mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices.

Lead DE/Solution Lead from onshore. We want someone who is highly hands-on, can mentor and guide junior developers, has a strong understanding of Databricks features and functionality, and possesses solid expertise in data engineering principles and best practices.
Must Have
• 12-13 yrs of experience and has experience managing teams from onshore & offshore as well as himself is hands-on is best for this role.
• Strong IT experience in Datawarehouse and ETL
• Hands-on data experience on Cloud Technologies on Azure, ADF, Synapse, Pyspark/Python
• Ability to understand Design, Source to target mapping (STTM) and create specifications documents
• Flexibility to operate from client office locations
