- Mandatory residency in Portugal;

- 5 to 7 years of expertise in MuleSoft platform management (platform operations, not API development);
- Expertise in MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway), Terraform, GitHub, OpenShift, and ArgoCD;
- Foundational level knowledge in AWS and Azure, alongside ITIL Process competencies;
- Stakeholder engagement and communication expertise, including technical information synthesis, multicultural environment collaboration, workshop/stakeholder facilitation, and influence management;
- Knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, WS-*, Java, JSON, network fundamentals (Virtual IPs, firewalls, load balancers), certificate lifecycle management, SOAPUI, Postman (user level), Silva, and Linux;
- Professional English environment (C1).
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting) to reduce manual operational effort, identify repetitive tasks, and drive automation initiatives;
- Own platform capacity management and performance monitoring, growth forecasting, capacity planning, and resource utilization to ensure availability and scalability;
- Design and implement self-healing and auto-remediation solutions for common operational failures;
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance platform stability, address recurring issues, and produce technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles;
- Support major incidents and service restoration activities, ensuring smooth transfer of deliverables to support team operations;
- Act as an operational interface between internal and external providers within an international cross-functional environment.
