Data Management Assistant
Summary
Maintains and validates vendor records in ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with policies while liaising with procurement and finance teams.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Create new vendor records in ERP systems.
- Maintain and update vendor master data
- Ensure vendor data consistency across systems and modules.

Review and validate vendor onboarding documents, such as:
-Business registration / certificates
-Tax identification (WHT, SST, VAT, GST, etc.)
-Bank confirmation letters or voided checks
-Vendor request / onboarding forms
-Perform validation and accuracy checks before setup per company policy.
- Liaise with procurement, AP, legal, tax, and business requesters.
- Communicate issues, rejections, or missing documents clearly and professionally.
- Support audit requests (internal and external) related to vendor master data.
- Maintain vendors master SOPs and control documentation.
- Perform vendor verification audit
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting with 2-3 years working experience in vendor master maintenance job
- Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines
- Good in English speaking and writing
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Understanding of compliance and audit requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
