The role
You'll take ownership of data quality improvement activity, bringing structure and prioritisation to issues identified through stakeholder engagement, system assessments and existing discovery work.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing a prioritised improvement roadmap, supported by clear measures of success.
- Working with technical teams to identify root causes and embed sustainable fixes within applications and data pipelines.

- Delivering practical guidance, workshops and training to help teams maintain better data standards.
What you'll bring
- A background in data management, data quality or data governance, with demonstrable responsibility for delivering improvements.

- Strong understanding of data quality measures, including accuracy, completeness, consistency, validity, uniqueness, timeliness, availability and integrity.
- Experience defining repeatable quality checks and working with technical teams to automate measurement.
- Practical capability in process mapping, data-flow analysis, stakeholder discovery and root-cause investigation.
- Experience establishing data ownership and stewardship across multiple stakeholder groups.
