Data Network Support - Network Operations Center (NOC).

LightGrid is Hiring in Fort Lee, VA 12 hour shifts are required with weekends and Holidays. PLEASE Note: US Citizenship is Required for this role and it is an On Site Role.


· The NOC Technician is responsible for the proactive management, monitoring, and operational control of DeCA’s enterprise data and cloud network infrastructure. Duties include:

· Monitoring network health and statistics using DeCA-provided monitoring tools (IBM Tivoli and SolarWinds), logging and tracking all incidents through Remedy, and ensuring prompt response and resolution to incidents or out-of-range conditions (e.g., equipment failures, outages, anomalies)

· Executing incident validation, escalation, service restoration, and coordinating with vendors or host facilities for field service dispatch as required

· Following DeCA’s SOPs and TTPs for escalation/notification and providing user status updates

· Providing monthly/quarterly statistical reports covering availability, capacity, bandwidth, asset inventory, and utilization

· Conducting root cause and trend analysis to preempt and resolve chronic network issues.

Supporting architecture, design, and integration for the global network/cloud/NOC, including documentation, network drawings, and participation in audits and inspections (PCI, FISMA, CSSP, CORA)
