Data Onboarding Manager (Maternity Cover Contract)

As a Data Onboarding Manager, you will play a central role in driving the growth of our investment data offering, working with a wide range of clients, data providers, and internal stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end data onboarding projects, influence strategic data acquisition initiatives, and collaborate across multiple business functions to deliver high-quality data solutions. You'll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing data quality, improving processes, and supporting business growth.

Your key responsibilities as a Data Onboarding Manager will include:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end data onboarding activities, ensuring the successful integration of new data sources into FE fundinfo systems.

• Gather, analyse, and document data requirements from clients, data providers, and internal stakeholders to support onboarding initiatives.
• Drive onboarding projects through requirements gathering, implementation, testing, validation, and production deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Data Automation, Operations, and Client-facing teams to deliver successful data outcomes.
• Identify data coverage gaps and support initiatives to acquire, enhance, and expand available datasets.
• Monitor onboarding progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Data Onboarding Manager:

• You will have at least 3 years' experience in data management, client onboarding, project delivery, business analysis, or a related role within financial services.

• You will have strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to successfully manage multiple onboarding initiatives simultaneously.
• You will be an excellent communicator, confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• You will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to investigate complex data and process-related challenges.
• You may have experience with tools such as PowerBI, Xceptor and/or Fusion.
