Data Operations Analyst
Description
Tagaddod is looking for a Data Operations Analyst to support operational reporting and data reliability across the business. The role focuses on managing and maintaining data workflows to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for reporting and analysis. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring data pipelines, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and preparing operational data extracts to support business reporting needs.
The role also involves working closely with the Product and Analytics teams on automation and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reporting quality. This position plays a key role in strengthening data reliability and operational reporting support, while also creating an opportunity to build a strong long-term resource based on performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in data operations, reporting, analytics support, or a similar role
- Good understanding of SQL and data management principles
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with automation tools or reporting platforms is a plus
