Data Ops Engineer
- Develop and maintain systems to handle real estate and mortgage data (ensure no sensitivity issues as we do not handle PII or credit data)
- Set up and maintain systems for weekly data ingestion
- Collaborate directly with the Data Manager to take on and complete tasks
- Assist in the overall management of the data team's projects and workflows
- Provide support and guidance where needed
- Work with the larger engineering team, leveraging their deep AWS expertise as necessary
- Support a team of junior engineers and a BI engineer in their day-to-day tasks
- 3+ years of experience in Data Ops Engineering
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong emphasis on data quality and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team, following Agile methodologies
- Mentoring skills to support junior team members
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in AWS preferred
- Founding or leadership experience
- Startup experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
