Summary
An SME-level data platform engineer (3-8 years) at Easyrefer.in working on-site in Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bengaluru. Day to day they lead data platform design, performance and scalability optimization, troubleshoot complex platform issues, and mentor the team. Core tech includes SAS Analytics, data integration, and data modeling.
Role & responsibilities
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to optimize data platform performance and scalability.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and capabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align platform development with business objectives
Preferred candidate profile
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAS Analytics.
Strong experience in data platform design and architecture.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Integration and Data Architects.
Familiarity with data integration techniques and data modeling concepts.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data platform issues.
Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
