Healthcademia is hiring a Data Platform Engineer in Spain to design, build, and own its internal data platform: managing ETL/ELT pipelines, integrating data sources, and delivering data models that feed Power BI and analytics for Finance, Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams. Work is bilingual (English/Spanish).
Healthcademia seeks a Data Engineer to lead the design, build, and evolution of our data platform. You will own ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate with various data sources, and support data products used by Power BI and analytics tools. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Academic and Operations to translate requirements into robust data models.
You will work with English and Spanish in a multi-entity environment, driving reliability, scalability, and knowledge transfer across teams.
