Data Platform Engineer (SnowFlake)
Summary
Data Platform Engineer administering enterprise-scale Snowflake environments for analytics, reporting, and business-critical workloads. Day to day involves managing Snowflake accounts and warehouses, implementing RBAC and governance, tuning performance and cost, and supporting data engineers on cloud data solutions (Terraform and Databricks a plus).

Key responsibilities
Administer Snowflake accounts, databases, schemas, and virtual warehouses.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
Implement RBAC, security controls, and governance standards.
Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Work with data engineers to support integrations and cloud data solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong Snowflake Infrastructure administration experience.
Knowledge of Terraform is highly preferred.
Experience with Databricks is an advantage.
Strong understanding of cloud and data platform technologies.
