Albert Heijn is seeking an Engineering Manager for Data Management to lead the Central Database and Scheduling team, driving secure, reliable, and scalable services across the brand. You will empower two DevSecOps teams (≈30 engineers) to deliver on Azure and OCI, with Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB, and Control-M at the core.
You will foster ownership, remove blockers, and ensure resilient operations while aligning with architecture and security guidelines.
