YOUR ROLE
- Conducting Privacy and AI Impact Assessments (OneTrust), including LIAs and TIAs.
- Ensuring compliance with global privacy and AI regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA).
- Supporting business teams in completing Privacy Assessments and resolving privacy‑related queries.
- Maintaining and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), including data mapping and quality improvements.
- Delivering privacy expertise, awareness, and training.
- Supporting global privacy program implementation and daily privacy operations.
- Assisting with Incident Response and Data Subject Access Requests.
- Conducting research on global data protection topics and supporting continuous process improvement.
- Performing additional privacy‑related tasks as needed.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 3–5 years of relevant data privacy experience.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and business analysis skills.
- Degree‑level education (preferred).
- Privacy certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) are an advantage.
- Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
