Data Product Manager (f/m/x)
Summary
Data Product Manager builds and maintains reports and dashboards, partners with engineering and marketing teams, and ensures data is accessible and properly structured for business decisions.
We are looking for a Data Product Manager to join a digital organization focused on enabling data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, organize, and present performance data through reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Marketing teams to ensure the right data is available and properly structured to meet business needs.
This position is remote with visits in the office in Warsaw once a month. You will be working with global stakeholders across the US and Europe, with occassional meetings extending until 18:00 CET.
Your tasks
Working with stakeholders to determine whether the required data already exists within the environment
Defining and documenting technical requirements for new data sources and capabilities
Creating tickets and coordinating work across teams to ensure data is accessible in the appropriate locations
Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating delivered solutions
Partnering with Data Architects to align on implementation strategies and reviewing solutions with Product Managers
Ensuring that approved data solutions are integrated into the product and configured with the correct triggers
Collaborating with Marketing teams to analyze performance results and generate insights
Translating business needs into requirements for Data Engineering and Analytics teams to build reports and dashboards
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics and Reporting
Proven experience writing complex SQL queries in Snowflake and Databricks
Strong understanding of Data Modeling and Data Architecture principles
In-depth knowledge of data layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) and their aggregation requirements
Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI, including charts and tables
Ability to engage with business stakeholders and present insights effectively
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies
Experience using Jira and/or Confluence for project management and documentation
Fluency in English
