Job Summary
Lead and deliver data-driven transformation projects by managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and client expectations in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of data-related projects and transformation initiatives to meet business goals
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders, data, technology teams, and project sponsors
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and resolve obstacles
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to support successful outcomes
- Ensure project deliverables comply with agreed quality standards and business requirements
- Support change management, user adoption, and project transition activities as needed
- Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, pre-sales support, and business development initiatives
- Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement across delivery engagements
Requirements
- Experience managing data, analytics, data platform, or digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, reporting, or business intelligence concepts
- Experience managing geographically dispersed or cross-functional teams
- Experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments
- Exposure to proposal development, pre-sales support, or client pursuit activities
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience delivering data management, data engineering, analytics, reporting, or cloud data platform projects
- Experience working in fast-paced consulting and project delivery environments
