NewBe an early applicant- Ensure stable and reliable Operation for Storage and Backup
- Day-to-day performance monitoring.
- Manages Systems High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions
- Maintain, configure, upgrade Active-Active SAN infrastructure.
- Perform daily monitoring and management of the backup solution; monitor backup jobs, execute restore jobs, troubleshoot failed jobs, and initiate corrective actions.
- Perform daily Storage operational tasks, LUN/Space provisioning, monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and initiate corrective actions.
- Complete routine tasks and troubleshoot the storage & backup infrastructure under support.
- Perform problem management and incident correlation on re-occurring issues; suggest and document workarounds & solutions.
- Assist in Creation reports for backup and storage environments and related activities and tasks.
- Assist in Creation documentation for storage and backup environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or
equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience
