Citi is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join its Wealth Data Quality team and play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client financial data across the enterprise. In this role, you will identify and resolve data quality issues, deliver metrics-driven reporting, and help establish the standards that keep Citi's data reliable, compliant, and fit for purpose. Responsibilities
- Analyse client financial data to identify quality issues, inconsistencies, and discrepancies, and deliver clear metrics reporting to support resolution and oversight.
- Monitor and evaluate data and operational processes on an ongoing basis to surface quality risks before they escalate into broader issues.
- Contribute to defining and embedding data quality standards across the team, ensuring processes and data consistently meet established benchmarks.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of customer accounts, security, and pricing data across multiple systems and teams.
- Report data quality concerns through the formal remediation management process, ensuring issues are tracked, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Investigate data findings, interpret results, and formulate practical options for resolving data quality problems with a clear focus on accuracy and business impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and client service levels, applying sound judgement to uphold compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Share knowledge of data quality methods and analytical approaches with newer team members to strengthen overall team capability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in client, counterparty, or account data management within a global financial services organisation, with a demonstrated ability to deliver data quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL, with the ability to apply these tools to reconcile and validate complex client financial data.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrable ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw accurate conclusions.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to present findings and exchange information concisely across different audiences and levels of seniority.
- Good awareness of client needs and expectations within a financial services context.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience producing structured analytical outputs and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data concern or issue remediation frameworks within a regulated financial environment.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams or contributing to enterprise-wide data governance initiatives.
- Knowledge of Wealth business and products, with an understanding of how this context shapes client data requirements and quality standards.
