ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join a team of dedicated IT professionals working on an exciting project in the banking sector, focused on data quality, validation, and data management.
As a Data Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by analyzing data structures, identifying quality issues, and implementing effective data validation and control solutions.
Location: Strictly Vilnius, Lithuania. Candidates must be based in Vilnius, as this is a mandatory requirement for the position.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Analyze data structures to identify inconsistencies, errors, and potential data quality risks.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data validation rules and quality control procedures.
• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve data quality assurance, validation, and control solutions.
• Perform data quality analysis, validation, monitoring, and improvement activities.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders on information system development, enhancement, modernization, and data management projects.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in data quality assurance within the last 3 years, including:
  • Data structure analysis.
  • Identification of data quality issues.
  • Development and application of data validation rules.
  • Development, implementation, maintenance, or improvement of data quality assurance, validation, and control solutions.
• Participation in at least one project within the last 3 years involving information system development, enhancement, modernization, or data management, with direct responsibility for data quality analysis, validation, control, or improvement activities.
• Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English is mandatory. 

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 2600 - 4000 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
