Data Quality Monitoring Analyst

Team Description
The Wealth Management (WM) Chief Data Office (CDO) sits within the WM Risk organization and strives to find the right balance between risk management and business enablement. WM CDO's mission is to: prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of client sensitive data and assets; ensure the highest level of availability for WM's critical business processes; and mitigate risks caused by inaccurate, untimely, or incomplete WM data.
Within CDO, the WM Divisional Data Office manages Data Quality related issues, prioritizes key processes with data quality dependencies, identifies Critical Data Elements (CDEs) underpinning prioritized processes, and applies controls to ensure CDEs meet data quality standards.

You will:

  • Perform analytics and monitoring of data quality measurement

    • Gather requirements to develop and maintain reports to senior management and agile squads

    • Prepare a variety of reports and presentations for internal clients and management as required by leveraging cutting edge analytics capabilities

    • Drive process improvements within the business processes to enhance reporting and gain efficiencies

    • Analyze variances of actual results to expectations and provide meaningful recommendations and observations for performance management

  • Liaise with the stakeholders, business managers in order to identify and solve the most impactful deliverables

  • Assist the decision-making processes by providing deep and meaningful insights

  • Carry out tasks related to the job in accordance with the instructions of the supervisor

You have:

  • Have confident command of English language

  • Take responsibility for assigned work tasks. Adhere to the assigned timeframe

  • Be available to answer questions and queries from local and remote team members and users in a timely fashion

  • Behave in an honest and ethical manner in accordance with the Code of Conduct and the Employee Handbook

  • Understand and adhere to the organization’s values

  • Be accurate and pay attention to details

  • Escalate issues and risks to the supervisor in a timely fashion

  • Be able to effectively and actively ensure upward, downward peer communication of information and issues and risks

  • Be able to deal easily with multiple issues and tasks under pressure

  • Acquire necessary business knowledge to complete the task

You might also have:

  • Experience working with Agile squads in a virtual and global environment

  • Advanced degree in Statistics or related field

  • Understanding of Machine learning models and concepts, such as Decision trees, Regression analysis, Clustering, etc.

  • Financial services related work experience
