Data & Reporting Analyst
- Act as embedded technical resource within a specific business unit, supporting internal teams
- Maintain and optimize an existing budgeting tool while supporting transition to future data models
- Own the budgeting spreadsheet, ensuring data integrity, accuracy and operational efficiency
- Integrate new data streams and enhance existing data flows into current reporting structures
- Bridge Excel-based processes and the central data warehouse to drive transition to BI
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable reports and insights
- 3+ years of data analytics experience
- Proficiency with Excel (e.g. complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data visualization)
- Experience with VBA Programming
- Proficiency with SQL
- Experience in financial analysis, Business Intelligence, or revenue operations reporting
- Experience evaluating tool enhancement requests with cross-functional teams (Proposals, Finance, Sales), balancing commercial and financial objectives
- Experience translating and documenting business requirements through direct stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to navigate complex, non-standard scenarios and develop practical solutions with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables under aggressive deadlines and short turnaround times
- Ability to balance business needs with financial and operational processes through critical thinking and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Understanding of SQL to query and manipulate data from a central data warehouse
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
