Data & Research Support Officer (12-Month Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data & Research Support Officer to support survey administration, data management, analysis and reporting for a policy-related unit.

You will work with survey responses, databases and datasets, while supporting the preparation of dashboards and reports for regular monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer survey questionnaires

• Collate, clean and organise survey returns and databases

• Analyse datasets to identify useful insights

• Prepare data reports, dashboards and visualisations

• Respond to queries from survey respondents and data users

• Provide general administrative and coordination support, including meeting and event arrangements

Requirements

• Able to commit to a 12-month full-time contract

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong numeracy and attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook

• Able to manage large spreadsheets and/or databases independently

• Willingness to learn quickly
