Data Science/ AI Engineer
Summary
An in-house Data Science/AI Engineer role at a globally recognised luxury brand's Southeast Asia regional team, building and deploying ML, GenAI, and AI-driven solutions across customer, retail, marketing, merchandising, and operations. Core stack includes Python, ML, LLMs/RAG/agentic AI, and platforms like Databricks, AWS SageMaker, or Azure ML.
I'm partnering with a globally recognised luxury brand with a strong regional presence across Southeast Asia, looking to grow its data and AI capabilities.
The RoleJoin the regional team to build and deploy ML, GenAI and AI-driven solutions across customer, retail, marketing, merchandising and operations. You'll work closely with business, data and technology teams to turn real-world business problems into scalable AI products.
What we're looking for:- 7+ years' experience in Data Science / ML / AI Engineering
- Strong Python + machine learning experience
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings or agentic AI
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and measuring business impact
- Experience with Databricks, AWS SageMaker or Azure ML
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes and MLOps
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Curious and hands-on with emerging AI tools and technologies
