Data Science Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and solve data-driven business problems.
• Design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models into production.
• Build scalable data science solutions for analytics use cases.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to productionise models.
• Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Present insights and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of overall experience with 3+ years of hands-on data science experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with classical machine learning algorithms.
