Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading Data Science teams in a commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistics, Python and SQL.
  • Experience developing and deploying predictive models using customer and commercial data.
  • Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
  • Commercially focused with the ability to prioritise and deliver high-impact outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead, coach and develop a high-performing Data Science team.
  • We own and deliver the Data Science roadmap, prioritising work based on business value.
  • We oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models, including churn, customer lifetime value, forecasting, segmentation and recommendation.
  • We ensure solutions are scalable, robust, governed and production-ready.
  • We partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate commercial challenges into data-driven solutions.
  • We drive best practice in data science, model governance and technical delivery.
