Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Machine Learning models for prediction and classification.
• Perform data analysis, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Build and optimize predictive models using customer and business data.
• Develop recommendation systems and customer propensity models.
• Create and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and business teams.
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning and predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
• Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Experience building and evaluating ML models.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with recommendation engines and customer propensity models.
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization.
• Experience with model deployment and ML pipelines.
