Develop Predictive Modelling:

• To collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets by using analytics, statistics and programming skills.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences and other business outcomes.
• Mine and analyze data from organization databases to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies.
• Extending organization’s data with third party sources of information when needed.
• Develop and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture especially for report, business intelligence (BI) dashboard.
• Work together with Data Engineer to create report and business intelligence (BI) dashboard need by organization.
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and big data technologies.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
• Work with stakeholders including the upper management, and data owner to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data needs.
• Develop data tools for analytics in building and optimizing reporting services. Use statistical computer languages (e.g. R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• Work with Database Administrator, Data Engineer and Software Engineer team to strive for greater functionality in data systems. Provide excellent service towards users, in relation to database authorization, change and withdrawal (web and workgroup). Adapt conceptual and logical data models to enterprise model. Develop and validate conceptual and logical data models with clients.
• Analyze database relative to other databases.
• Provide excellent service towards user, in relation to the service request, data and information update in Bina Nusantara business units/ divisions especially related with reporting and BI dashboard.
• Design and apply procedures related to BI dashboard request and also related to database in relation to data authorization, change and withdrawal.
• Monitor and analyze data synchronization with ETL (Extract Transform Load) tools across database in BINUS. Ensure all the data complies with legal regulations.
• Coordinate with other IT departments to maintain good data center.
• Monitor the quality of data analyst processes. Ensure data security and accuracy in all BINUS business unit/division. Improve data information and request by using Data Warehouse (DWH), Big Data and Business Intelligence (BI). Maintain the performance and quality of DWH, Big Data and BI.
• Analyze user’s need and automated data request service by using reporting application (data access).

​Provide Data Assurance:

• Provide clear documentation in every data model, predictive model and BI dashboard created.
• Gather and document security requirements. Implement and enforce security requirements.
• Maintain and improve security in response to industry developments and user experience.
• Protect corporate data.

​Provide Database Client and User Services:

• Provide and support development and production environments.
• Plan and deliver user training.
• Adapt existing structure to new business environments.

​Supporting activities for management:

• Create activities report.
• Perform activities related to Quality System.
• Organize and submit monthly report to IT Enterprise Data Management Manager.
• Provide improvement ideas in relation to data, system and applications for IT Enterprise Data Management Manager. Partner with internal and/ or external parties in running the function/ tasks in Bina Nusantara.
• Perform other activities as instructed by direct supervisor.

​General Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 4 years working experience in Information Technology, in particular in in particular in database and application Experienced in SQL programming, Big Data, DWH,data analystic

Specialist Requirement:

• Obtain National (local) certification listed on the list of Certification for IT Specialist.
• Validity of required certifications should refer to the list of Certification for IT Specialist.

Special Skill :

• Database Management System (DBMS) Web Services Administration (system and application)
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
