We have an opportunity in Analytics within the Data Intelligence team, an area responsible for data analysis and structuring, as well as the development of new features. If you enjoy studying and are always willing to seek new knowledge, this could be the place for you. We work with different types of information and are always looking for new data sources. As this is a development-focused area, it is extremely important that you are able to innovate and propose new solutions. For this, having knowledge in the areas of credit, collections, or insurance is a major differentiator. Among your main daily activities, we can highlight:

• Study of new data sources;
• Structuring of databases;
• Construction of variables based on Feature Learning;
• Evaluation of performance and adherence of features in score models;
• Creation of new solutions for all market segments using statistical techniques;

We are looking for a professional who possesses knowledge in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and Big Data. It is necessary to have a completed higher education degree in a STEM field and knowledge of Python programming.

Regarding personal profile, it is important that you are analytical, have the ability to adapt, are proactive, have initiative, and love new challenges.

It is important for this position that the candidate possesses knowledge of the credit ecosystem for Legal Entities (PJ), understanding the main credit modalities, such as working capital, receivables anticipation, invoice discounting, financing, and other financial products aimed at companies. It is also desirable to have familiarity with concepts related to corporate structure, tax regimes, and financial indicators of companies, as this knowledge will be essential for the development of analytical solutions and new features aimed at the PJ market.
