Data Scientist / AI Engineer

Nasze wymagania:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or another quantitative field.


• Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions for real business challenges.


• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and at least one of the following areas: Generative AI, Computer Vision,Predictive Analytics.


• Strong Python programming skills and experience with libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or similar.


• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.


• Good knowledge of SQL.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


• Very good command of English (B2/C1).


• Readiness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week from our Gdańsk office).

Mile widziane:

• Experience building data integration pipelines.


• Knowledge of cloud solution architecture.


• Experience in aviation, transportation or other data-intensive industries.


• Knowledge of Polish.

• Design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using Machine Learning, Generative AI and Computer Vision.


• Analyze aviation data and transform insights into innovative products and business use cases.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define AI-driven solutions.


• Lead AI initiatives from concept and prototyping through production deployment.


• Develop and maintain cloud-based machine learning solutions and scalable data pipelines.


• Contribute to solution architecture, data integration and production-ready MLOps practices.


• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to bring innovation into the organization.
