Data Scientist - AI/ML (Remote)

Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Data Scientist (ML) to join on a full-time basis, remotely. You will design, train, and deploy models to improve predictive accuracy for client datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and automate workflows.

The role requires strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). You will work independently in a remote setting, develop reproducible experiments in Jupyter, and

Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, and clustering tasks. Preprocess and analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights. Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Develop and document reproducible experiments using Python, Jupyter notebooks, and version control systems. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and technical reports. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis. Strong background in statistical modeling and experimental design.
